Mam wra\u017cenie, \u017ce to lustro du\u017co m\u00f3wi nam o momencie naszego \u017cycia – tych szcz\u0119\u015bliwszych i trudniejszych chwilach oraz o naszej kondycji psychicznej. Czasem widzimy jak\u0105 mamy zm\u0119czon\u0105 twarz, jak si\u0119 mocno postarzeli\u015bmy, widzimy zmarszczki i smutek w oczach. Skupiamy si\u0119 na tym, co chcemy w sobie zmieni\u0107, czego tak mocno w sobie nie lubimy. Czasem jednak widzimy tam fajnego cz\u0142owieka, od kt\u00f3re czasem za du\u017co wymagamy ;). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Idea\u0142em jest sytuacja, w kt\u00f3rej je\u015bli nie mog\u0119 czego\u015b zmieni\u0107 w sobie to akceptuj\u0119 to i przyjmuj\u0119 takim jakie jest. Skupiam si\u0119 na tym co we mnie dobre, co lubi\u0119, co jest moj\u0105 si\u0142\u0105 i co mnie wzmacnia. Wtedy te nielubiane lub nietolerowane we mnie cz\u0119\u015bci s\u0105 dla mnie mniej istotne i w sumie ca\u0142kiem do zaakceptowania. Wtedy puszczam moje s\u0142abo\u015bci zamiast walczy\u0107 z tym lub si\u0119 zamartwia\u0107. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tylko czy takie podej\u015bcie jest mo\u017cliwe? Jest! Jest to stan, do kt\u00f3rego d\u0105\u017cymy podczas psychoterapii. Czasami bywa trudniej, czasem \u0142atwiej i ZAWSZE warto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Po co? W\u0142a\u015bnie po to, \u017ceby do tego cz\u0142owieka, kt\u00f3rego widzimy w lustrze u\u015bmiecha\u0107 si\u0119 szeroko ka\u017cdego dnia \"😃\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
